Hired Ray to replace my garage door opener. They did an awesome job and he was very thorough with explaining everything to me. Would highly recommend him and will use him if I ever need to replace my door. I feel he is an honest man and wants his customers to be happy with the work he does.

Called Raymond last week and explained the problem. He quoted me a repair price and a replacement price. I opted for a new belt driven opener as it wasnt much more. Raymond showed up early and kept me updated on his status. Within 2 hours I had a new belt driven opener installed with new remotes, sensors, wall mounted opener. I recommend Raymond and Excellence. Extremely happy with them.

My husband and I thought Ray was great! We called him after hours about an emergency repair before going on vacation. He came out right away and replaced our 20 year old opener for an excellent price. His work was exceptional and he was very friendly and answered all our questions. I was told by 2 companies that my garage ceilings were to low to have garage openers. Raymond came out and proved both companies wrong. He installed 2 beautiful new doors with new tracking and 2 garage door openers. They look amazing and work perfectly. The price was competitive and the service was outstanding! 5 Stars. Extremely knowledgeable, competent and attentive. Our 2 car garage door was changed out from a standard builders grade to a custom looking door (without the custom cost). Not only did this make a drastic difference in curb appeal but the insulation factor in addition to the quieter opening and closing of the door is a tremendous advantage.
